Among the recipes of Pasticceria Filippi could not miss the Panettone with Dark Chocolate!
The Filippi panettone dedicated to chocolate lovers, to all those who think, as in Willy Wonka in "The Chocolate Factory", that chocolate allows us to "go beyond the boundaries of ordinary life, directing us to the search for pleasure". We did everything to prepare this Special Panettone, choosing not just any chocolate, but selecting an extraordinary special chocolate obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa. It is characterized by its strong taste with aromatic nuances of dried fruit, hazelnuts and walnuts, with a slight acidic perception in the finish that recalls red fruits (currants and blueberries).
The chocolate that is produced by hardworking and ethical cocoa farmers has been selected, against which company policies provide for respect for nature and commitment to creating favorable conditions for its employees and collaborators. Pasticceria Filippi believes that this way of operating makes its Artisan Panettoni even better.
