Colomba without candied orange with raisin

The right solution for those who do not like candied fruit. Outside, on the top there is a rich glaze made with almonds, fresh sugar and egg white; inside you find a soft heart sweetened by lots of natural raisins. This colomba is wrapped in a colorful wrapping: opaque paper, velvety to the touch and softened by an elegant gros grain ribbon with precious golden marks.
